Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, and you will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, you would need to do so before it is shipped. However, you could instead request a return once you have received your order. Please refer to our return policy down below for more details and process. 

We offer worldwide FREE shipping for any orders of $75 and over;

Otherwise, we use the standard/ground shipping options available that might vary from country to country we ship to. Also, depending on where you live, you will be responsible for the sales tax, any other import-related expenses, such as tariffs, duties, VAT, etc. 

Please note that the actual shipping time after leaving our warehouse is beyond our control and may exceed what was originally quoted for over various possible reasons, such as weather, mishandling by the carrier, stolen after being delivered, customs clearance process, etc. 

 

*Note: With the current worldwide logistical disruption, we have been experiencing some unprecedented delivery situations. In some cases, it is taking up to two weeks just to get the package finally recognized in the courier’s system. We have also seen some packages stuck in one location for over a week, due to serious workforce shortages.

As a result, many of early orders we started shipping in late September still remain undelivered at this point. We ship worldwide, and this is happening in all directions, except for some lucky breakthrough cases. And as you can imagine, the situation is believed to get worse and more chaotic as we get closer to the holidays.

Please give yourself ample time for your order to arrive, whether it is meant to be a birthday or holiday gift. As with any packages in general, we have no control over them once they get shipped out of our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and product exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase date as long as the item is unused and in its original conditions along with the packing list. 

To start a return process, please first contact us at info@kissandcryangels.com with your order number and the reasons for the return. Once we approve your request, we will email you the instructions, including the return address, based on where you are shipping from. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance, and we can only process your request after we have the item(s) back in our possession undamaged.

Upon receiving the item and a quick inspection of its condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping cost you might have paid for. Please also note that it typically takes 2 to 4 business days before you can see the refund reflected in your account.

For a product exchange, please first kindly return the originally purchased product by following our return instructions above and then make a separate purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
