Shipping & Returns
*All recently introduced products will start shipping in mid-September!
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, and you will receive a notification email when your order has shipped.
We offer worldwide FREE shipping for any orders of $75 and over;
Otherwise, we use the carrier-calculated shipping rates for all of our shipments, both domestic and international, where you will most likely be presented with multiple shipping options. We do not charge any handling fees.
Additionally, depending on where you live, you will be responsible for the sales tax, any other import-related expenses, such as tariffs, duties, VAT, etc.
Please note that the actual shipping time after leaving our warehouse is beyond our control and may exceed what was originally quoted for over various possible reasons, such as weather, mishandling by the carrier, stolen after being delivered, customs clearance process, etc.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and product exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase date as long as the item is unused and in its original conditions along with the packing list.
To start a return process, please first contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the reasons for the return because the return address will be different, depending on where you live. Once we approve your request, we will email you the instructions, including the return address.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance, and we can only process your request after we have the item(s) back in our possession.
Upon receiving the item and a quick inspection of its condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping cost. Please note that it typically takes 2 to 4 business days before you can see the refund reflected in your account.
For a product exchange, please first kindly return the originally purchased product by following our return instructions above and then make a separate purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items or gift cards.
