Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer promotional ground shipping rates for orders of $65 and over;
- Free - The Continental U.S.A.
- $10 - Canada & Mexico
- $15 - Rest of the World
Otherwise, we use the carrier-calculated shipping rates for all of our shipments, both domestic and international, where you will most likely be presented with multiple shipping options. We do not charge any handling fees.
Additionally, depending on where you live, you will be responsible for the sales tax, any other import-related expenses, such as tariffs, duties, VAT, etc.
Please note that the actual shipping time after leaving our warehouse is beyond our control and may exceed what was originally quoted for over various possible reasons, such as weather, mishandling by the carrier, customs clearance process, etc.
Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and product exchanges up to 30 days after the purchase date as long as the item is unused and in its original condition along with the packing list. Upon receiving the item and a quick inspection of its condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. Please note that it typically takes 2 to 4 business days before you can see the refund reflected in your account.
In addition, since we can only accept and process your return after we receive the product in acceptable conditions, it might be in your best interest to consider an insurance option at the time of shipping it back to us.
For a product exchange, please first kindly return the originally purchased product by following our return policy and instructions and then make a separate purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
